Im Lelystad Airport Businesspark<\/a> wird derzeit an der Entwicklung eines neuen gro\u00dffl\u00e4chigen Logistikkomplexes gearbeitet. Das Projekt SMARTLOG Lelystad<\/a> soll voraussichtlich im dritten Quartal 2026 fertiggestellt werden und schafft zus\u00e4tzliche logistische Kapazit\u00e4ten in der Region.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Entwicklung umfasst insgesamt mehr als 160.000 m\u00b2 moderne Logistikfl\u00e4che, verteilt auf acht Distributionszentren mit Mezzanine-Ebenen und B\u00fcrofl\u00e4chen. In der ersten Phase werden vier Distributionseinheiten mit einer Gesamtfl\u00e4che von rund 80.000 m\u00b2 realisiert.<\/p>\n

Strategische Lage am Flughafen Lelystad<\/strong>
Der Komplex entsteht in direkter N\u00e4he zum Flughafen Lelystad und zur Autobahn A6. Damit ist der Standort strategisch gut in die niederl\u00e4ndische Logistikinfrastruktur eingebunden. Zudem belegt die Region Platz 7 im Ranking \u201eLogistics Hotspots 2025\u201c, einer j\u00e4hrlichen \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber Logistikstandorte in den Niederlanden.<\/p>\n

Fokus auf nachhaltige Logistik<\/strong>
Bei der Entwicklung wird gro\u00dfer Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit gelegt. Die Distributionszentren werden mit einer BREEAM-Excellent-Zertifizierung realisiert und erhalten eine Energieversorgung, die weitgehend autark ist. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind auf dem Gel\u00e4nde umfangreiche Parkm\u00f6glichkeiten vorgesehen.<\/p>\n
