P3 Logistic Parks delivered a new, high-quality logistics facility in Lelystad in January 2026. Strategically located between Lelystad Airport and Flevokust Haven, the development highlights Lelystad’s growing appeal as a location for modern and future-proof logistics.

The building has a total surface area of approximately 38,000 m² and can be divided into two independent units of around 19,000 m² each. This offers flexibility for logistics users with different space requirements.
