Frasers Property Industrial, the European arm of Frasers Property Ltd. is an investor, developer and asset manager for logistics and light industrial real estate properties in the Netherlands and Germany.

As experts in both Greenfield and Brownfield developments, FPI has a long-standing track record.

Approximately one-third of our project developments are so-called “Brownfield projects.” In FPI’s development pipeline, Brownfield new construction sites account for about 50% of the total development volume.

Our clients can expect us to develop strategies for real estate management and to implement them. At FPI, value creation in partnership is central, through active property management.

With approximately 75 employees at two locations – Amsterdam (headquarters) and Cologne – FPI manages a portfolio of logistics and light industrial real estate properties of more than 2 million m².
