Logicor welcomes new tenant at Flevopoort business park

Logicor has signed a long-term lease agreement with Kyocera Fastening Solutions for part of its distribution center on the Poseidonweg in Lelystad. The complex, which consists of two buildings, has a total area of approximately 40,000 m². Kyocera Fastening Solutions will occupy approximately 13,000 m² of this.

The recently completed distribution center features a clear height of 12.2 meters, 35 loading docks, three overhead doors and a floor load of 50 kN/m². The property was developed with particular attention to sustainability and boasts a BREEAM Very Good certification and an A+++ energy label. Thanks to the application of solar panels, batteries and an advanced energy management system, the building is largely self-sufficient in energy.
